Tai Chi & Qi Gong for Total Body Wellness

Combining the therapeutic exercises of Qi Gong with the meditative forms of Tai Chi, this class will give you a total body wellness workout.


Tai Chi 24-Yang Style is a beginners level form of Tai Chi.  Its soft, repetitive movements are perfect for reducing tension while promoting flexibility and concentration.


Therapeutic Qi Gong (Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa) is a type of medical Qi Gong, sometimes called Chinese Yoga.  Through gentle whole body stretching, slow controlled movements and controlled breathing, you will feel the healing energy flow through your body.


Both promote: improved circulation, greater flexibility, strength, balance, increased energy, increased immunity, and digestive health.


Recommended for all ages and experience levels.
